LINK AGREEMENT TERMS

Upon your agreement to the terms and conditions below, you may download our logos that are specifically designed for use in linking to the PneumaNet Web site ("Link Logos").

1. You may use the Link Logos for the sole purpose of linking to PneumaNet's Web site at www.pneumanet.com. You must link directly to the home page at www.pneumanet.com, and not to any other page on PneumaNet's Web site or to any other Web site. You may not frame or alter the appearance of the PneumaNet Web site in any way. You agree not to use the Link Logos for any other purpose.
2. You agree not to alter the Link Logos in any way, or to combine them with any other names, marks or logos.
3. You agree not to use the Link Logos in any manner likely to give the impression that you are affiliated with PneumaNet or that PneumaNet has sponsored or endorsed your Web site, products or services.
4. You agree and acknowledge that this is not a trademark license by which you are using the Link Logos to indicate the origin or source of any product or service you offer.
5. You agree and acknowledge that PneumaNet is the sole owner of all rights in the Link Logos, and that your use of the Link Logos will inure to the benefit of PneumaNet. You agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the world any logo, trademark, service mark, trade name or domain name confusingly similar to the Link Logos. You agree that you will not at any time contest or challenge PneumaNet's rights in the Link Logos.
6. PneumaNet DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE LINK LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY PneumaNet FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LINK LOGOS.
7. PneumaNet, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission to use the Link Logos at any time. You agree that upon PneumaNet's termination of your permission to use the Link Logos, you will immediately cease all further use of the Link Logos and any other similar mark, name or logo.

PneumaNet will grant qualified companies the right to use the PneumaNet logo on their Web site, provided that the majority of their Web site/business is run by PneumaNet products and/or services. ("PneumaNet") is pleased to grant this permission on the following terms and conditions, effective upon your use of any of our logos.

By using our logos you signify that you agree to and understand these terms.
