LOGO USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Your company represents and warrants that it is powered by a majority of PneumaNet products and/or services. 2. PneumaNet grants a non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited trademark permission to use the PneumaNet logo only in connection with the purpose noted above. 3. Your company agrees that PneumaNet owns all rights in the PneumaNet logo and that it will not contest the validity of PneumaNet's rights while or after this license is in effect. 4. PneumaNet, in its sole discretion, may terminate this license immediately for any reason. Upon termination, your company shall immediately cease all further use of the PneumaNet logo, or any other similar mark, name or logo, including without limitation, any name or mark comprising the term "PneumaNet." 5. No other usage rights or licenses are granted herein. 6. PneumaNet must approve all use of the PneumaNet logo prior to use. PneumaNet also requires adherence to usage guidelines PneumaNet may provide from time to time. 7. Proper attribution to PneumaNet is to be used in all reproductions, in the specified forms provided. 8. Your company will indemnify and hold PneumaNet harmless against any claims, actions or demands resulting from or related to its use of the PneumaNet logo. 9. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York and all actions relating to this agreement shall be brought to New York. PneumaNet will grant qualified companies the right to use the PneumaNet logo on their Web site, provided that the majority of their Web site/business is run by PneumaNet products and/or services. ("PneumaNet") is pleased to grant this permission on the following terms and conditions, effective upon your use of any of our logos. By using our logos you signify that you agree to and understand these terms.
